A
water powered gristmill built by Dr. E. T. Bale. Was restored in 1988 by of California. 36 ft overshot wheel has been replaced, and the mill is
again open to the public year round, and in operation. Grinding is done four times a day on weekends and cornmeal, hard & soft wheat, rye and polenta flours are sold. Gift
items and souvenirs are sold in the Mill Store. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, 06/22/72. Admission charge. |
