One other website which I work with is about old cars, 1967 and earlier. As I've looked at it around the web there are car clubs announcing weekend drives to water mills.
Imagine: gear heads & water wheels
search terms i've used in google: grist mill rides vintage cars, (your local) car clubs (i.e., chattanooga car clubs events)
you can compile an email list (group) and send out event notices and optional days for car rides to your mill
