Looking for help, SPOOM Member, seriously looking for an Old Mil, in need of restoration or taking over mill whose current owners are interested in moving on to other pursuits willing to consider historic Hydroelectric, Sawmills or Gristmills in need of attention
Please let me know if you know of any, either on the market or known potential situation
Prefer New England area willing to consider also PA or New York
